All tours are conducted in English and involve moderate physical activity.

All tours must be booked in advance through our website. Payment is required in full at the time of booking via our secure payment processor.
In exceptional cases (e.g., on-site upgrades or last-minute changes), additional payments may be accepted in person via card or cash.

4. Participant Requirements

All tours require moderate physical activity, including walking and standing for extended periods. By booking a tour, you confirm that:

• You (and anyone you book for) are physically able to participate

We aim to accommodate special needs when possible. Please notify us in advance so we can adjust the route or pace accordingly. However, full accessibility is not guaranteed.

All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult.
