Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Unlocked Madrid, we understand that travel plans can change. The following terms outline our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for all tour bookings.


1. Cancellations by Customers

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

These policies are in place because each booking secures a limited space that is unlikely to be filled on short notice.

2. Cancellations by Unlocked Madrid

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour in the event of:

  • Illness or unavailability of the tour guide
  • Unsafe weather conditions
  • Unforeseen circumstances or operational issues

In such cases, customers will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund, or
  • Rescheduling the tour at no additional cost, subject to availability

3. Modifications and Changes

Date or time changes are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as early as possible if you require any changes.


4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
