What language are the tours in?
All tours are conducted exclusively in English by a fully bilingual local guide — someone who knows Madrid not just through books, but through lived experience. Expect storytelling, rich history, and insider perspective — no details lost in translation.
Are the tours private?
Yes — all our experiences are fully private. It’s just you (and your companions) and your guide. No crowds. No strangers.
How do I book a tour?
You can reserve your spot directly through each tour page. You can browse them all here. If you need help choosing, just reach out — we’re happy to assist.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for our signature experiences. Last-minute availability is limited.
How do I receive the photos from the tour?
If you book the Lovers’ Walk in Retiro, you’ll enjoy a full photoshoot with our professional photographer. You’ll receive a selection of beautifully edited digital photos — ready to keep, share, or frame.
On tours that include analog disposable cameras, you’re welcome to hand the camera back at the end of the experience. We’ll take care of developing, scanning, and delivering your images digitally. Prefer to keep it and finish the roll at your own pace? No problem — your guide will be happy to recommend a trusted local lab to help you with the process.
Please note: we strongly advise against flying home with undeveloped film, as airport scanners may damage the image quality.
What if it rains?
Madrid looks good under any light. Rain or shine, our tours go on — with the same attention to detail and immersive experience. That said, exceptionally, if weather conditions affect the experience significantly, we may offer to reschedule or adapt the itinerary.
Can I customize the experience?
Our tours are carefully curated to deliver the best of Madrid, just as they are. That said, we’re happy to adapt certain details to suit your group’s pace or interests. Do I need to bring anything?
Comfortable shoes and clothing, an open mind, and curiosity. We’ll take care of the rest — including cameras, drinks, or projectors, depending on the tour.
What’s your cancellation policy?
